How do you recognize an allergy
To dispel doubts and see if you are allergic, please answer the following questions:
1. Have any of the parents or the atopik allergic disease?
2. You often Skela eyes, you sneeze and runny nose?
3. Do you have frequent bowel cramping, I feel sick and sometimes vomit?
4. You often have itchy skin and rashes?
5. When you seemingly without cause swollen face, hands, legs and feet?
6. So your problem more common from February to April or April to September?
7. They are among the flowering grasses of your problem more pronounced (sneeze, sniff, skelenje eyes)?
8. Do you have problems in specific places (eg only at home, only in the service, only indoors)?
9. Problems arise when what you eat certain foods (eggs, dairy products, nuts, spices, fruit), or when taking certain medicines (antibiotics)?
10. The problems associated with the atmosphere (wet and cold, air conditioned)?
If you are at least four questions are answered yes, they are likely to have allergies. Therefore belong in allergic quarter of the world population. And if you want to check on what you are allergic, do the allergy test!
